I liked your article and it comes as an interesting caveat as well as a double bind for those cheerleading AI. I agree with many of your observations and thank you for pointing out the pressures on companies to portray what they wish their stakeholders to see as opposed to the current realities for what it is. In many ways AI, ML, and DL are also becoming a new power/knowledge (Foucauldian perspective) as opposed to what is really happening. Thank you.
